(Pre-qualification of Suppliers & Service Providers form to be clearly completed attaching all relevant statutory documents and returned before 16th March 2010 by firms wishing to be pre-qualified as the Institute’s Suppliers or Service Providers during the Financial Year 2010-2011 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00 per set). This is not a tender to supply materials, services or works but just a pre-requizite.
