This Committee is responsible for evaluating all manuscripts intended for submission to scientific journals and other publishers. It is also responsible for advising on other publications of the Institute. The Committee is composed of the Directors of Research Centres, Assistant Directors, Chairmen of Research Programme Committees and other persons appointed by the Director KEMRI. All authors of manuscripts in the Institute are expected to submit their manuscripts for clearance to the Committee through the Centre Scientific Committee which will require the Director of the Research Centre to forward the manuscript to the Committee with certification that it has been duly discussed by the Research Centre Scientific Committee.
