Also present was Assistant Director (Admin) Mr. John Musau, Head of procurement Mr. Kalu Kitaba & Head Corporate Affairs, Mr. Davis Mkoji.

KEMRI participated in the Ndakaini half marathon on 28 October 2017. The marathon is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

They braved the chilly morning, arriving as early as 7.30am.The team started by taking turns in warming up having been practicing way ahead of the marathon organized by the Corporate Affairs Department.

KEMRI participated in the 10 and 21 kilometers category.
