The Marketing Department was established in 2001 and the Office of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer established in 2007 and placed within the department to form the larger Office of Marketing, Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer.

Mission

To promote the development and marketing of research products and services whilst seeking relevant intellectual property protection, where applicable, with a view to enhancing the Institute’s revenue base.
